Markel Futurity Sales
The NRHA hosts four premier reining sales each year, held during the NRHA Futurity & Adequan North American Affiliate Championships. These sales offer an outstanding group of two-year-old reining prospects, yearlings, stallions, broodmares, and show horses from leading breeders, owners, and trainers.
One Day Super Sale with Four Sessions
- Performance Horse Sale ($600 Consignment Fee + 8% Commission) – Open to all riding/show horses of any age from two year olds to older show horses
- Elite Yearling Sale ($650 Consignment Fee + 8% Commission) – Dam must have $25,000 or more in LTE + PE NRHA, NCHA, NRCHA earnings
- Preferred Breeders Sale ($600 Consignment Fee + 8% Commission) – Open to all stallions, broodmares, weanlings and embryos
- Premier Sale ($500 Consignment Fee + 8% Commission) – Open to any horse
Exciting New Sale Incentive Starting With The 2024 Sale
Starting in 2024, all weanlings, yearlings, and show horses of NRHA Futurity and Derby age sold during the sales will be eligible for a 50% discount on their entry fees for the NRHA Futurity and/or 6666 NRHA Derby presented by Markel! Read more here.
This incentive does not include PO’s, embryos, breeding stock, or show horses older than derby age. The horses must sell in the ring.
